    I am greatly disappointed with the service provided by Window World. Despite my repeated requests for them to address the exposed wood issue during window installation, they failed to rectify the situation. I possess photographic evidence depicting the incorrectly installed window. Despite my efforts to escalate the matter to a manager for inspection, the company persisted in sending out installers instead. It appears their primary concern was solely centered around payment, disregarding the quality of their workmanship. Should this inadequate installation result in a leakage causing damage, I will have no choice but to seek legal recourse through my lawyer.

    Beware of Window World:
    I purchased 13 (same style) windows from WW & what a nightmare. Not only did they order & deliver the "wrong" windows, they were broken & deliberately kept the "required" window inserts. I was told I had 2 call & plead my case with the distributor & drive 2 Orlando & "maybe" they would have in stock & sell me 52 plastic window inserts. To summarize : Finally 5-6 months later I finally got all the windows installed only to discover several latches r broken & windows cannot b opened. Think twice or more before signing a contract. The only good thing is that I got several beautiful streaks of grey hair out of this fiasco.

    Had windows and 2 doors installed May 2022. Aug 2023 we are still waiting for the correct hardware for our french doors. Customer service is absolutely horrible and communication is a joke. They have more excuses for why they don't have our hardware than I've ever heard. 3 teams of techs have been sent out to my house with a workorder but no parts.
    PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! You've been warned.

    Service after windows installation is poor. I'm still waiting months after installation for them to finish covering screws inside windows after city inspection. They left old mega screws on the one window walks after removing an old iron bar, which I had to pay extra for them to remove. I'm highly unsatisfied with their services.

    I wish I had read more reviews before ordering my windows. I would never have made this investment had I known ahead of time the issues I would face and, apparently, are a common part of Window World business practice. ordered windows on 8/25/22 and was told I would have them by Christmas. I have spoken to people in the office a few times. I was told the windows will arrive any day now. I was told they had been shipped but not received in the middle of Nov. In early the Dec the windows were received. Dec 10 they were waiting for the courier from Port Orange to deliver permits. I told her I live in Holly Hill and she said "we get all of our permits from Port Orange"I learned that Port Orange is not charging for permits and I question the 329.00 fee for permits and fees I was charged. I called PO after attempting contact again with WW. When I gave agent my address he told me they only do permits for PO but he looked up my address and found no permit. I called WW a few more times and was told that the permit people would call but they never did. On 1/6/23 Holly Hill called to let me know my permit request from WW was received on 12/29/22.She said that the permit is about $125.00, Called WW this week and get no answer or told that someone will get back to me but no one has.Tried again today 1/11/23. I am in total shock that a company so large and in demand that it takes 6 months to get 4 windows and one sliding door cannot take 5 minutes to respond to a concerned customer. I am a retired teacher on a fixed income and regret spending my savings on a product from a company that does not show its customers respect. My preferred solution to this problem would be a complete refund as it looks like from the reviews the service after the install is just as poor as the service prior.I have never worked with any business and spent this much money on a product where a simple phone call, text message or email cannot be sent in response to legitimate requests for updates.

    They installed windows in our home and Florida room Some windows do not close and lock Hurricane windows let rain in the Florida room Have a replacement window on order for by the front door No one calls back These windows cost almost $27,000.00

    In May 5,2022 I had Window World estimate a job on replacing 9 Windows and 1 Door in my back room of hopuse. I maid a check #2537 for $8,200 in full for job and he specified that within 2 days it would be summitted for production of job to be done. I never reced any messages or calls in regards when the work would be done, I made all calls myself to find out and same was they are having troubles for supplies to do windows. In Nov my call was that windows were in and they would be out to install and do the job. The workers started job and found 1 window missing and called firm to affirm and they would have to order 1. Also the door installed was not what I pd $950.00 for it is pce of junk and hollow and starting to fall apart already. the windows were put in 8 of them and the 1 missing is still not brought and installed, the tint on 3 windows were to be darker and the other 6 a liter tint to keep sun out of room. I have a slip of paper signed by Rola Lewis worker performing job about window missing , tint job wrong, and wrong door. Have called several times and no response from company, the job done is not finished outside nor inside of house, the window missing is one of old ones taken out and when it rains it leaks inside house on cell. I need help as what I can do to get job finished or get rebursed on this job. The check was cashed for full amt in May 2022

    Window World chewed off more than they could handle. I replaced 2 panel and 3 panel sliding glass door. 1 3 panel sliding door has scratched glass and frame is scratched and bent. The proper screens were never delivered for the 3 panel doors. The person who came out to place final trim took the information about the sliding doors and missing screen and window screens that were ripped. This was about 2+ months ago, I have heard nothing. WW still needs to address damage to my house that was done during the install, mainly window sills that were damaged during install. WW has in-house teams that do a great job but they also use 3rd party teams that do a so so job, they get the windows in but not without damages to your home.

    I ordered two windows in March, and was told they would arrive in July. We are now well into September and nobody has called me back (I have left 5 messages).I don't mind waiting, but I'd like to be updated and informed about my purchase. I'm very disappointed, and I regret not looking closer at the reviews... this seems to be a pattern.
