    Worst experience ever with any contractor. He bid our job and told us it would take four - five days and on day ten we asked him when he would start grouting. He still had a few tile to lay. He accused us of "*******" him when in fact he was five days over what he had stated he would do. When we asked this question he yelled "stop ******* me or I will walk out now" The fact that we had already paid him over $8,000 for the job did not matter to him,. he simply said he was leaving and walked off the job. His work is far from professional, I have gapping holes between some of the tiles he laid, he did not finish the two bathrooms that he had already been paid for and did not grout the tiles he laid. He was about half way thru the job and when he left he handed us a check for $2,000,00. It will now cost us about 4500 or more to finish up our home and it is the week of Thanksgiving. They are the most unprofessional two I have ever encountered.. BEWARE, they talk a good game and act very cordial but after they get into your home they turn into monsters. I have baseboards that he broke in taking them off to tile, we have his garbage and debris all over the house, mud on cabinets and walls. Pulled our stove out and it is still sitting in the kitchen area. Three doors he took off are still in my garage along with our washer and dryer. He moved all the furntiure into two bedroom areas so he would tile and that is where it still is. BE VERY AWARE THESE ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS AT ALL, I BELIEVE THEY ARE CONS.

    Mark ***** was asked to provide an estimate for me. I’m a disabled veteran and I needed a side by side shower and tub removed and a single walk in shower created in the space. Two weeks after a promised estimate, still nothing but excuses, rudeness and being hung up on. Poor customer service. Would never hire after this.
