    ************************** and ***** saved our day yet again! I contacted Cool Breeze on Saturday morning because my AC had stopped running. We spoke with ******* around noon on Saturday and asked for help and ***** knocked on our door approximately 25 minutes later to fix our AC. In less than an hour he had us up and running. ***** for us a completely different part decided to break on Sunday (older unit) and ******* had ***** return on Monday morning and fix the 2nd issue. The communication throughout the whole process was phenomenal. They answered calls and texts all weekend. ***** was friendly, educated and professional explaining and showing us what needed to be fixed and the finished result. Typically, an emergency AC fix on a weekend would result in outrageous costs just for showing up but we did not experience this with Cool Breeze. Im not sure how long the BBB allows reviews to be but I could go on and on about all the 5 star aspects of my experience with this company but instead Ill end with this. If you are looking for a real family owned company to come fix your heating and cooling system, give you a fair price, a friendly attitude and get the job done quickly and efficiently I suggest you call Cool Breeze. This is my 2nd time using them over the past few years and impressed in an UNDERSTATEMENT! Thank you so much to all.
