    I cancelled my subscription to Builderall over a month ago. A few days ago I received an email from Builderall for a on boarding pass. Seems odd because I cancelled my subscription. I checked my bank account only to find Builderall infact took money out of my account without out my permission and sent me a new subscription which I didn't apply for. I think they should be investigated for creating new accounts for previous users and taking money out of their accounts

    Good evening Evon, We take messages like this seriously, and we have cancelled your account and will proactively refund the most recent charge to your account. Next, after thoroughly reviewing all records, we were unable to locate any requests to cancel your subscription in our system. We provide several avenues through which cancellations can be processed: - Live chats - Ticketing - Email - User-end cancellation on your 'My invoices' page - User-end account deleting under 'advanced configurations' for your 'account' Any of these methods will generate a log in our system, and send a confirmation email to the user, indicating a successful cancellation. If you have received such an email, we kindly request you forward it to [email protected] so that we can figure out why the request does not appear in our system. We look forward to working with you to ensure that you are satisfied with your full experience with Builderall.
