  I hired this company to remove a yucca and grind the *****. During the estimate, the owner asked how wide the opening to our backyard gate was, and I measured it in front of him. They rescheduled work twice, and finally said they couldnt grind the ***** as the machine was too large, despite having the measurements beforehand. They illegally amended the contract I signed with a different amount and different scope of work, though their own contract states all work will be completed in accordance with these plans unless subsequent changes are agreed upon in writing. Then they demand payment IMMEDIATELY despite that their contract states after job completion, customer agrees on final inspection of the job. That never happened. We explain to them were out of town, and will talk to ***** grinding companies when we get back in 2 days to see how much it will cost to finish the job they were contracted to do, because what they want to charge us to just cut down this plant with a chainsaw is more than 2/3 the cost they quoted us for complete removal. And, of course, isnt a price we ever agreed to or would have ever agreed to for that scope of work. They just decided we owed them that, would not wait for us to get back to town to sort this out, and started texting and calling us all day, harassing and threatening us like legit thugs. They threatened to put a lien on our house, called and screamed obscenities at us, texted threats, and even showed up with cops, all ON THE SAME DAY this bill was issued. We told them multiple times we had every intention of paying them, but the way they handled this was completely unprofessional, unethical, and frankly pretty psychotic. In what world is that how you conduct business?

  I am a property manager-I called Lady Marie Tree Service to come out and give me a quote a tree removal and a fallen limb. They quoted 3 items not two and when I asked for clarification they modified the quote. The day they were scheduled to come out the owner changed the accepted quote by over $1000 dollars. I asked to meet the owner at the property and he did the next day. When I asked to speak to the person who did the original quote he stated it was him. I asked him what changed and he simply stated he was in a hurry when he came out the first time and the new quote was firm. I then told him I need to get approval from my property owner and I would get back to them. I reaffirmed the new quote and now they are telling me they do not want to do the job. I have been a property manger for over 10 years and have never had this happen to me. Their office manager is rude and hard to deal with.

  On August 2 prior to 12 PM I was going home and I encountered a truck that was blocking both lanes going and coming because there was a car parked. However I told the man can you please move your truck. I have to get home due to my husband recently out of the hospital he told me to go on neighbors grass in order to get around him. I said no I’m not doing that. He said well then you’re going to have to wait, I said not a problem I will call 911 and have the cops come out, got a minute he got his truck and he moved which was great. I get to my home I check everything is OK I got to relax and my son calls me. I need you to be with the dogs , left my home and the same company moved a little bit back from where they were but continue to block so now I told the man the same man that told me just get on the grass but I thought well who’s house are you working on because that way you can get on the grass and let me through, he ignored me, and when he saw how upset I was because this is my second encounter with him he said I don’t have to talk to you you’re being rude, but you’re being rude by not answering my question, which was who’s house that way he can go on there grass we went back-and-forth the coworkers who didn’t speak English were telling me in Spanish and gesturing to me to just ignore him that their cleaning up and they’re ready to go soon.. I called the company lady Maria tree services, and the woman was already very defensive so I already knew the guy I had the encounter with had called her. I couldn’t get much said other than to tell her the description it’s not like they have names on the T-shirt so I simply try to make it clear to her because I too am a Latina, so yes, I can say who they are in the same culture don’t know their names. She got very defensive, You never know the emergencies with people that live there. He told me I had to wait because he did not want to reverse., very unprofessional to say the least. Then I talked about cops, he stopped.

  Excellent work at a very reasonable price. Cut down a couple of small trees, trimmed two large bushes, removed shrubbery from my front yard 'tree island', and removed all debris. The difference is such a welcome change . . .

  Me and my fiancé hired this company for a tree and stump removal. They came removed the tree then the stump guy came showed up around dark time started the stump removal Busted the main water line and our Sprinkler system didn't have water all night until the next day ( and he seemed to have an attitude about it). He came back the next day fixed the water line and stated that he fixed the sprinkler system as well, he told my fiancé that when they do the sprinkler system they usually throw unused pipes in the dirt called Ghost Pipes. He Never fixed it and the Company Lady Maria Tree Services didn't offer anything for the inconvenience Our stuff is still broken there was No Discount we paid in FULL, Never again we will use this company or even Recommend services to anyone.

  First and foremost we did took care of the situation after the job was completed we call you to asked you how was the job , the stump grinder employee advised you he will come the next day to fixed the water line and you had agreed that it was ok. Please speak the true all times we where always on communication .
