    We signed up with El Cid vacations club several years ago and was promised Free flights to their main resort through Carefree Flights (CFF). We tried logging into the account but was directed to call a phone number because the account terms had changed. When I called MANY times I was directed to leave a voice mail and somebody would call me back,, never happened.. Finally I called the reservation number with CFF and spoke to a real person who said they would email management immediatly. I finally recieved a email with a date and time they would call, that date and time went by.. Finally I emailled that person again and CC'd my resort and customer relations at which time I received another email stating they had called twice and it rang but then hung up. I told her that I never received a call and showed her my phone records where I only had 2 calls that day,, from my wife. When I finally spoke to someone they explained that *** was no more and the Carefree Journey would be our new program and that they no longer did the flights, they now did like the many other companies out there and offer credits towards hotels and crusies Etc... I extended out contract with El Cid mainly based on the free flights!! Now this company wants to end that,, I don't need any more CREDITS, I have two other companies already that do that.. I was also told that by logging into the NEW program and signing that I was only signing that I agree to terms of web site, not that I agree with the change,, after reading terms I states (in short) by signing or using the new site I agree to the program change (which I do not) and will not hold them liable... I plan on seeking legal advice and havind a serious discussion with my resort... This was a big selling feature of the resort and yet they are not held responsible???
