  Simply the most unprofessional public adjuster I have ever worked with, They have no idea what the regulations of the State of Florida for mediations are, and don't care. ******* is arrogant and expects everyone to do what she says, without any regard for the convenience and obligations of others. I will never deal with them again.

  Please beware of this company. Claim of $10,000 k and I see below from them. - $5,000 (- 10% from $10,000 K claim) made to you and Orlando Public Adjusters - check not received yet in our office. -$1,500 direct payment to costal mold assessors -$3,500 direct payment to EverPro Restoration --------------- $10,000 Do the math please and see if this is fair to you.

  We worked with Orlando Public Adjusters on a roof leak that caused extensive (and expensive!!!) structural damage to our home. It took about 17 months to finally get things settled but the end result was so above and beyond what we could have hoped for. All repairs have been paid for in addition to repairs that I wouldn’t have even thought to ask for help with but we are entitled to with our home owner’s insurance policy. For a different incident farther in the past, we had tried to file a claim with our same insurance company (on our own) and our claim was denied and we paid everything out of pocket to repair things and treat the mold damage…. I wish I had known about Orlando Public Adjusters then, because I know they would have represented us well and helped us get the support we needed to repair our home back to a healthy and safe state. I cannot recommend this company enough. Natasha was so informative, thorough and well organized throughout the entire process and the communication was always so professional and timely. I wish there were more reliable companies like Orlando Public Adjusters out there! Thank you so much, from the bottom of our hearts for your support and representation!
