    Received product with missing items. **************** will not answer the phone. The scheduled calls is a joke. Email response is automated responses.

    I struggle with giving this high of a review after seeing how complaints from others have been handled. However with me they have been awesome. They just asked simple questions and I let them know that my original one was leaking when I first got it so they gave me a link to get a new one for free. Thank you.

    Customer support is ridiculous, they do not respond in a timely manner nor do they seem to care that their products keep breaking. I've been trying to reach out to them for weeks about their product I ordered that broke and cut me and they have not responded back. I've tried reaching out to the via all their platforms and emails.
