  Avoid at all costs! You may have to pay a little more somewhere else, but it's worth it not to use this place. What a circus. the cars are packed in like sardines and they have to move several ca to get to yours. Also, when you arrive at the airport, you're supposed to click on the link they sent you so they can pick you up. We saw only one van, and holds about 8 people. The van does not have a sign on it. Just a piece of paper in the corner of the windshield. We arrived at the waiting spot at about 6:00pm, and lady told me she had been waiting since 4:00pm. My husband called their phone number 23 times and no one answered. We ended up taking a cab to the Orange Parking lot, which cost us an extra $25.00. We weren't the only ones that gave up on their shuttle. There were several others there before us and after us that showed up in a cab. Once there, we still waited another 40 minutes to receive our car. Another customer that got his car had a large scratch on it. We will never use them again and are going to dispute the charges to the credit card, since we chose to take a cab to get there rather than wait for two hours on the one and only shuttle.

  The shuttle is a beat up van. When it was time to pick up my car, the number for the shuttle was out of service (thank goodness for ******). The driver packed 12 people into the same van, my 8 year old daughter had to sit in my lap. When we finally got to the parking lot, there was zero direction on what to do or finding my car. When I finally got an employee to help retrieve my car, another worker pulls up in a white van and proceeds to begin yelling at me asking me that I needed to sit down. All while the employee that was retrieving my car told me to show him which car was mine. The same employee that was yelling at me proceeds to pull up behind me and just sits, which is already uncomfortable seeing its just me and my daughter traveling alone and these two strange men are just sitting behind us. He then proceeds to follow us and all while there is no clear direction to go and these two strange men are following us, this man proceeds to yell at me again while honking his horn. Will never park here again. Not to mention, other customers who retrieved their vehicle had damage done to their vehicle and were in the process of calling the police. Do not recommend at all!To top it off there was damage to the rear driver side of my car. This place does not need to be in business at all.

  The worst experience. Instead of 10 to 15 minutes wait for dirty old van to arrive, it took them more than 30 minutes. The old dirty van is disgusting. The drivers do not even greet you. They knew we were going to be late for our flight and when he arrived he took an extra 5 minutes chatting with another driver. The van was covered in dirt. You must leave the keys in the car. Upon our return, people were complaining that they were also waiting for 45 minutes and the van only carried a few people and left them. Terrible. On top of that they overcharged the price.

  i have no words for how terrible my experience with this company was. i parked my car there for five days. when i arrived back in *******, i waited over an entire hour for the shuttle to never show up. ended up buying my own **** ($19) to get there to pick my car up. upon arriving, i expressed that i was upset that i had to buy my own ***** and all the employee said was your keys are in your car, you can leave. when asked about speaking to a higher up, he wrote down a fake email! i went to get my car and THERE IS MUD EVERYWHERE. On the passenger door, driver side door and all over the floor. im honestly in shock that a business like this operates. on top of that, the whole place is a giant junk yard with trash and raccoons EVERYWHERE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

  absolutely disgusting business. waited over AN HOUR for a shuttle, and then STILL had to buy an ***** Finally get there, and am visibly upset and the employee at the front desk only says your keys are in the car youre good to leave. I asked for the name or number of somebody that might be able to help, and he wrote down a fake email! Not only ALL of that, there is MUD ALL OVER THE INSIDE OF MY CAR. EVERYWHERE. this place is unacceptable business and needs to be shut down! And dont get my started on how the entire parking lot is covered in piles and piles of trash and raccoons.

  Honestly we shouldve not parked our vehicle there but we gave the benefit of the doubt. They dont not answer the phone and when it was our time to be picked up from the airport it took 40 mins and keep in mind theyre only 6 mins away. While other parking services such as the fast park, park ngo & the parking lot made multiple pickups while we were there.

  Terrible, $4,647.37 damage, now taking to small claims ********'s Valet parking, they are 'responsible' for parking and retrieving my car safely. Although so many cars are damaged. if only i knew before!No reply from the 'claims' email, no contact at all, no apology.

  DO NOT PARK HERE! everything everyone is saying is true! The worst place to park and TERRIBLE customer service. Their system is unorganized. Their lot is a junkyard. *************** is a joke! Do not use them because they are cost effective. Please spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

  If I could negative review...I would!!! I said last year I wouldn't use this company again and truthfully only booked by accident. I was a complete s*** show turning my car in last week. But nothing could prepare me for my return this evening. Single mother traveling with 2 children... I've been waiting over an hour already and guess what... despite having lines and lines of people... this awful company has 1... only 1... pick up driver. All the other parking lots have picked up multiple times. He finally showed up and the already grumpy customers bum- rushed and there was no way I could get myself and children on even though we were here before many of them. I asked the driver if I could just catch a cab and still get my car. He said I had to wait because I could only get my car if I ride their van. What the actual F?!?! If you have any options at all... DO NOT USE BMI PARKING at *******!!!! It wasn't even the best of bargains!!! Oh and... if you think you can call and speak with anyone or even leave a vmail... nope... you go straight to a full vmail! The absolute WORST!!!!!

  Horrible. People were waiting 2 hours to get picked up from the airport by them. We ended up taking a cab it took so long. When we got to the lot there were at least 20 people waiting for their cars to be pulled up. The driver to the airport drove recklessly. People were waiting over 30 min to have their car pulled up. Never use them.
