  I wish it were possible to leave them NO STARS. Their service is horrible. They sent me a sarcastic email message when I reached out for help. They told me that I already have the email abd to look for it. Their service is horrible. Do not use this company!!!!!!

  Took $385.94 of my money them deactivated my account and told me no money was paid into it. After receiving one email telling me this I have not heard anything. I sent them an email with a screenshot of my account showing the money the were paid, still no further response.

  I spoke with ***** on 2/28 and let her know that i would be refunding all of her money and sending a receipt as well. She stated that once the refund was complete, she would edit her review here.

  If you have not received your information from this company. Reach out to them because you may not have sent back the *** document and that is required to receive everything you ordered. I freaked out after reading all of these reviews but called the company and spoke with ****. She was wonderful and walked me through everything. I stayed with them because everything was being done at once for me including the bond. Happy notary(ing)!!

  This is really a scam!! It doesnt get you your notary!! You do NOT end up with your notary after paying more then it cost to get your notary in my state!! Dont waste your time and money!!

  The online process seemed to be asking for my employer. I did not realize that it's only if thry are part of your notary. I asked to either get it fixed or for a blank document. They sent me thr same wrong document over and over then told me to ****** it. 1-2day response times sometimes.I did this with their company so I wouldn't have to go thru headache and do it easily. This has ended up harder and I'm unsatisfied with the purchase.I asked for a refund and I was told to go look up the refund policy online. No links no nothing.I just want a link to the blank document or a copy of it.... what's so hard about that.

  Started the process, finished the application then couldn't get to the training that was supposed to be included. The only training I found would cost another $99.00. I tried calling them and it literally told me they were out to lunch and to call back. I have sent 2 emails requesting a refund.Have not heard back yet. Not impressed, and I don't recommend this company.

  Hi ********, Our cost does not include the education course because the state also offers a course on their website. You were given the option to add it to your purchase for $19 during registration, however. In addition, we are on EST and our phones are off from 12-1 pm. We require a refund request form to be completed for our refund department processing and as of this writing, we have not received one from you. You will receive a full refund when we have the request. One was emailed to you yesterday and it is on our website under the Terms and Conditions tab. We would still love to help you with this process and apologize for the frustration it has caused you.

  Received us mail from this company. Signed with them and they took $55.00 out of my bank account. Attempted to sign in to initiate the training and couldn't. The company said I didn't complete registration. I told them I did because they took my money and I have a client #. After several emails, I asked for a refund as I was not comfortable dealing with them. I was told to complete a refund request but that there would be a $50.00 service fee (which means I would only receive $5.00 back). This company did absolutely nothing to warrant keeping any of my money. My opinion - scam operation. Stay clear of them.

  Very difficult to get renewal completed. Very slow to respond or notify me of next steps regardless of how many emails I sent or phone calls I made to them. They shredded my application causing me to start the process from the beginning and delaying my renewal. Would not recommend.
