      These people are total fraud as the name "swipe wyre" indicates. I had purchased a one time product and they charged more money than they showed, as other reviews said. Then they started charging every month. I had to call the bank's fraud department to file a complaint. I'm also going to report this to FTC.

      This one had misleading advertising. So I purchased products, and they charged me $259.99. It showed me $49.99. However, it charged $259.99. So right after I received the email, I canceled the order. However, the consumer service told me that she couldn't cancel it. However, she will refund 50% of the purchase at that time. After I receive the product, if I send the products, BioLyfe will refund the left amount. She promised me at that time. However, now BioLyfe says each bottle charges $10 even if I don't open the package and resend it to BioLyfe. So I have to pay $60. BioLyfe didn't provide any of that information when I purchased products. I checked its return policy. It did not. indicate any of these surcharges. Even they did not give the total price when I paid it. I just trusted the total amount that I saw ($49.99). Also, the message said one of the products was free. However, it charged $60 more for even a free product. Also, I checked ******. The price is way more expensive than ******. They gave me misleading and fake information and did not provide any of this information. This is a FRAUD. I want my money back. Also, I want to warn people not to engage with this product. Their advertising and consumer service, everything is FRUAD! Even I do not want to give it one star.

      I haven't received the refund yet. It has been 5 weeks since I returned projects. The tracking information informed you received the products on September 23. Also, you said you issued an additional refund on the BBB board. It will take 5-10 business days. However, even that has not received it. I contacted consumer service 2 weeks ago. They told me that I would receive it the following week. Nothing happens. It is all liars.

      I returned products on Sep. Based on tracking info., you received the products on Sep. 23. Kept saying to wait for clarification. Do you expect me to wait for the return process longer? Even if I wait for the return process for TWO MONTHS, how can't you complete my return process until now? How can you keep saying, "WAIT."
