  Dennis Prothro Was a very patient gentleman in helping assist me of getting the help I needed, it took a lot longer than expected but he stayed we me until he received all the paper work needed to proceed. It people like this that are truly needed when you need answers.

  Aaron **** has been wonderful to work with (fast, knowledgeable, and very understanding) for helping with our Father regarding his Disability Compensation Claim. It was in review and then he passed so we had to start over for our Mother for her Dependency Indemnity Claim through the VA. A trying time for us but with Aarons help made it a lot easier.   I am a Veteran Service Representative and I recently worked with Aaron **** about a veteran that was exposed to Asbestos. The day before had done a live training with my office and explained many things about Asbestos and help he could help with claims. He was prompt and responsive. He spoke to the Veteran and completed an amazing letter on his behalf. I am very pleased and look forward to meeting with him in the future. Excellent service!

  Asbestos.com is the go to place if you are diagnosed with Mesothelioma and need help with any facet of this disease. I was skeptical when I called and Aaron said they were not open yet but he would let Missy know and she would contact me that day. At 2pm I called because I wanted advise on a PET-scan, RN Karen assured me I did not need it right now. And reassured me that Mesothelioma was not like other cancer, it developed slowly, we had time. I emailed a copy of the pathology report to her. She gave them to the Lead surgeon in the Mesothelioma Center at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa. I was contacted by Missy later that afternoon and she took all of my information to be treated. I was contacted by Moffitt 2 days later and am now under their care. I spoke with Aaron after I filed for VA disability, he emailed a template, which he has several, that closely matches my situation, I used that to personalize my experience. I asked him to review it, he recommended a couple additional items. He is very experienced with the VA and your best chance at getting an approval. Every phone call was met with a pleasant voice and attitude. Recently they put me in contact with a couple survivors. I was able to talk to them and ask some candid questions about what I could expect...... The information packet is OUTSTANDING ............ SO much information! If I was unable to speak to someone they always called me back .
