"oh nov 29 2024 at around 510 pm waited awhoie hour they walk by me a black person after a hour the manger took my paper work didnt not invick me inside the little did not ask me who i was didnt ask for id ask me who child that was and tha took my papper said she had fax to maid office to verfici the paper because it can be fake ask for my phone and said she call me back me the only black perso in there now it jut talk to her 3 day ago she told me come back with the right paper"

"I been trying to make my credit card payment for weeks, they refused to let me pay with automated service, they keep sending me to agent to help me to make me pay the xtra fee, they told me to go branch, when many times I have explain that I live over two hours from nearest branch which is *******, every single month is different story, different issue, last month they send me credit card to wrong address, I had to make my payment and they make me pay again the fee, they refused to waive the fee or transfer to automatic service to make the payment by my self.
