Would never recommend. I've been actively following up on cancelation with Rebel payments for over 4 months now with little to no response from merchants end. We are still being charged for services we aren't using and the best I can get on any phone call is a "sorry, someone will call you back", which of course never ends up happening. Have waited on hold for hours at a time in attempts to get assistance. Have also sent emails and left voice messages. We need immediate cancellation of our plan & reimbursement for all merchant charges since our initial cancellation request 4 months ago.

Worst payment processing option ever. Would have been cheaper to go directly through Clover. They make you sign a 60 month "lease" paying over $100 per month in fees and "lease" payments when it was supposed to be cheaper than using Square. And if you cancel before the 60 month term they want $600 for a "cancelation fee". Don't use this company if you have another choice.

These guys are pretty slick salesmen. They tell you they can get you money back on previous years credit processing and lower your processing fees when the trick is to sell you on a monthly lease of a clover machine which will cost you over $6000 in the life of the lease which they sell off to a leasing company for their up front money scheme for a $1200 machine. I,m ashamed I fell for it and am trying to figure out how to get out of.

We are sorry you feel this way about your lease agreement that you have signed, for use of the Clover Flex. After reviewing your account, we noticed you haven’t processed, at all, since receiving your Clover Flex in November of 2021. With leases, like a car for example, you pay for the use of the equipment (with or without the option to own). The total of the lease may be, in some cases, substantially higher than the cost to purchase the actual equipment, however, there are pros and cons in each situation. For some merchants, the upfront one time cost can be a financial challenge, and so they opt (as you did) to lease and pay over time to own. The decision to lease was made by you and you willingly and understandably, signed and returned the lease agreement to be processed.   It is difficult to understand why you have not processed using the equipment and or taken advantage of all the benefits Rebel Payments offers to all our merchants; (lower rates, cash discount programs, replace device warranties, marketing discount, etc..). Having a lease has its benefits; you have the support (hardware and software) for the term of your lease. If anything happens to the Clover device we replace at no cost to you, however, you didn’t give us the opportunity for us to help you appreciate all these benefits our hundreds of merchants enjoy.  We would love to work with your company to have you processing for the remained of your lease. We strive to ensure that all our merchants are happy with our service, and go above and beyond to ensure they are.  Please call us at your earliest convenience, to discuss
