    This company was told by me via there web page (customer support) and multiple phone calls to cancel my account and they continued to pull money. They do not call you back or respond to their customer service portal. I have now tried to block them so I hope it works. Hard to believe ***************************** would have recommended them to us Franchisees.

    I cancelled my account with them in March of 2023. They continued to bill me for the next 15 months. When approached, they told me that they are closing my account, and would only give me 3 months of my money back. They acknowledged that they received the form for account closure a day after it was sent, they then said that I should have monitored my funds and told them sooner and the offer of 3 months of refunds is a take it or leave it offer.

    Stay away from ***. They'll gladly take your money when you open an account, but communication is poor if you want to close the account and they will continue to charge fees for months after you attempt to close your account. FPN is a ripoff.

    I canceled my services with them in September. They have continued to charge me fees. I have called 3 times! They do not answer and ask you to leave a message or email support. I have emailed them 3 times and have had NO response! I am now going to my bank to block them and contest the charges. This is absurd and I would encourage anyone using them to stop immediately!

    I would not do business with this company as a franchise owner. I cancelled my account with them and they still proceeded to charge me a non-compliance fee one month later. I have been trying for 3 months to get this fee reimbursed to my account with no customer response from them. I have made three phone calls and sent an email as well and they have not acknowledged any of my correspondence. I would not choose them to help process your credit card payments if you own a business. Terrible customer service.
