    They sold me Adama Atermika product. They told me it was a very beautiful tile and also the tiles would not burn the feet like regular pavers. Perfect for Pool decks. At the first proposal they quoted me the product and the installation. After two months when i was about to sign it, they told me they don't have installation service anymore and i should contract one by myself. So it increased my cost in 5K. The owner of Dorym talked to me directly, we had some delivery delays but it was ok. Tiles installed as the manufacturer (Adama) requirements. Adama representative was onsite following the installation. It was finally installed by end of Mar/2022. Then by end of May/2022 i informed the manufacturer and to Dorym's owner the tile was getting extremely hot. The Dorym's owner helped me get the manufacturer attention due his company who sold the product so they are responsible legally. The manufacturer detected the problem and proposed paint the tiles or to pay me back the tiles and remove them. They would not pay me back the installation costs that took me around 10k. So i would loose the tile and would be 10k short. With that money i could install even paver. The Dorym's owner agreed with me this deal was not good to me and worked with the manufacturer to get them pay for the installation costs as well. The manufacturer denied it and instructed the Dorym's owner to not negotiate due they can fight in court for them. Now the Dorym's owner does not return my requests simply stays in silence. He was on my side, but once the manufacturer told him they will protect him against any sue, he stopped helping me. I am not trying to getting money of this situation, since the beginning i just asked to have my problem solved. CONCLUSION: So whenever other customers have any issue with Dorym, you know which side they will be. So would you make business with them again ?
