    "Started back in October of 2022 I purchased a vivid screen, MMI, front and rear cameras, Auxiliary cable, coding cable from them last Julyi 2022 for 2004 bmw 530i and had issues with the vivid screen which is where they became not a good company they asked me to give them a $399 deposit and they will send me a replacement which they did. I was to send the old faulty one back and they would refund my money, I sent it back to a location their tech support told me to send it to and low and behold it was delivered per the carrier and Bimmertech said they never received it and gave me a run around about filing a claim, blah blah so so I’ve been contacting them and all I’m getting is no email since day one telling me of an update or status they only reply once I send them an email with my logistic team is on it, I talked to my supervisor, and we filed a claim, the person who is handling it is out that day, it’s just a run around scheme that they hope I give up and just let them have my money, I just want my hard earn money back I have every record and if I don’t get my money back I will have to take them to court and add in all the time I have spent going back and forth."
