    We purchased a painting and the picture was blurred and was not the vibrancy shown on their website. For 2 weeks we dealt with the customer "service" asking for photos which we provided.Eventually they offered 10% back.I would not recommend this company.Their website has a continuous flow of supposed orders being booked every 5-10 seconds.

    I purchased a item from Wall Ready Canvas on January 8, ****. I was told it would take **** days. After my credit card was charged the $127.00 I didn't hear anything else from them. I messaged them about a week later and with my concerns about the lack of information as to an delivery date. After a time I did receive a email that my purchase would arrive on January 22nd. It did not arrive. I sent an email asking why I hadn't received it. They had no real answer but would get back to me when they had more info. I told them at that point I wanted to cancell my order since they couldn't give me a delivery date. They responded with saying they would not give me credit and I would just have to wait. I did finally receive my package the same day I was notified it was arriving that date was Janurary 29. The product was not what was represented. I told them I was going to return it. The customer service associate was extreamly rude. I had to send it back via ***** becaue they would not provide a return lable for me and it cost me $36.00. When I told them the tracking # I was told that if the package was damaged in anyway they would not refund the purchase price. I said I sent it ***** the same way it was sent to me. I have bought several items on line and have never had any experience like I had with this company, Wall Ready canvas.
