I had a terrible experience with Your Contact Needs and would not recommend their services. They were three hours late, and only one mover arrived when I was promised two. My boyfriend and I had to assist the mover with heavy lifting, which we hadn’t anticipated or signed up for. Additionally, payment was a confusing and unprofessional process. I thought that Your Contact Needs would invoice me directly, but at the end of the move, the mover asked for payment on-site. We called the company together, and while I was trying to discuss a discount (since we ended up moving most of our things ourselves due to the delay and lack of help), the representative hung up on us. Overall, this company was unreliable and unprofessional. I paid for moving help but ended up doing much of the work myself. If you're considering this company, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Gave them my cc info yesterday for the deposit. Today it was used by someone in Rehobeth, MD. Thank goodness my cc company flagged it as fraud. Luckily I have time to find someone else.

Do not use the company Your Contract Needs. I hired them for a move and gave them a deposit. My move involved 3 drop off locations, which required a great deal of logistics in planning for myself and the 3 families who were receiving my boxes. The movers were a no show. They were supposed to be at my house at 10 am. I contacted Your Contract Needs, and they informed me that they could not reach the mover, and that we would have to reschedule. I told them I needed to move today to ensure my belongings were out of the house for my closing date. Your Contract Needs called me back and said they found a mover and he would be calling me soon. At 11:30 am the new mover contacts me, quotes me a price 3x the price of Your Contract Needs and states that the deposit doesn't apply. We negotiate the price down, and he says he is on his way. Your Contract Needs calls and states they found a mover. I said, "I know, he is on his way." Your Contract Needs is confused and tells me I should not be talking to anyone but them. I said "you gave this guy my phone number. He called me." I am now furious. The new guy shows up at 3 pm and moves me at the higher rate. I contact Your Contract Needs and tell them I need to be compensated for this fiasco. They tell me I shouldn't have been so gullible, and they will only give me my deposit back. I told them I don't need the deposit back because I already stopped payment on it. Moving is stressful in of itself. For a company to bait and switch during this stressful event then gaslight their clients is unethical. Your Contract Needs needs to be held accountable!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!
