    Hello ******,
    Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for not being satisfied with our services.

    After checking your order details it looks like that your order has been adjusted due to light scratches on the screen and battery condition. For orders submitted as being in "Flawless" condition, the device must be "with zero scratches, scuffs or other marks. Looks like new. Battery health must show above 95%." Devices with traces of use and battery health of 88% would fall under our "Good" condition category. All this information is specified on our website when choosing the condition of the device.

    We are very careful about our customer's devices because we understand that these devices are not our property and your device could not have been damaged in our office. We have tried to resolve and explain this situation and have provided you with a video confirmation of the condition of the device that was received.

    We were able to reach a solution with you that worked for both parties and the payment for your device was made. We recommend waiting for a response from us before leaving the review so we can provide appropriate support.

    I sent in my Apple iPad Pro, 13" m4 with 1 TB of storage on July 5th and received an email on July 8th from the company that they received my item. I am still waiting for an email on when my check will be mailed to me. I have not received any correspondence since that email. I tried contacting the company multiple times by email; no response. They have my iPad and I am waiting for my check for $1,427.00. Thanks for your time.*********************** ************************************************************************** ************

    Thank you for informing us of your issue. Im glad for the opportunity to help you today.

    We received your device a long time ago and made an inspection. We have sent you an email with an adjustment to your order. Please reply with your decision to that email.

    I see that we have replied to every email you have sent us, we also tried to send you a few messages to your phone number but we have not received any response from you.  Your order has been adjusted and we await a response with your decision. I see from the email logs that you open our emails but do not respond to them. I have attached screenshots that we were giving you answers instantly.

    Please reply us, otherwise we will return the device back tomorrow  in the same condition it was received fee of charge.
