If I could give this team of professionals more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. This has nothing to do with personally knowing one of them it's purely based on the incredible experience I had with them. We had a French door that had started to deteriorate due to storms and heavy rainfall. While French doors are undeniably beautiful, they also require a lot of maintenance.Initially, I reached out to a few local businesses, thinking this small project might not interest anyone, given how far were located. Then I called *** and explained the situation. He assured me, saying, "My team and I would love to take on this project, regardless of the distance. I wont let you settle for subpar service." *** even canceled plans with his family the very next day to come to my house. He took measurements, asked me about my preferences, and recommended replacing the French doors with an impact sliding door due to its durability and low maintenance. Ive worked with *** before, and hes one of the few sincere and genuine people you can trust. With my French doors being custom, double-sided ones, I was unsure how the replacement would turn out.We signed the contract, and *** and his team got to work. He was upfront about the timeframes and kept me updated every week, which I truly appreciated. We eventually scheduled the installation for 10:30 AM today, but ********* and his wife arrived at 8:30 AM, ready to go. They were incredibly organized, efficient, and respectful of my space. Within two hours, the entire job was completed, and I cannot express how in love I am with the new door! The quality and precision of the installation were impeccable.Not only did *** secure an amazing deal for me on the sliding door, but he also made sure it was exactly what I needed. Professionals like this are rare to find nowadays. My childhood lakeside home desperately needed new windows and we picked Windoor Retro Professionals to tackle this job for our family. Each and every member of this team, from point of first contact to installation, were very courteous, professional and showed genuine concern about the job at hand. We are so pleased with our new windows and how it transformed life back into our familys home. The day after Hurricane ****** - they still showed up to install four doors on my 1960-built home. Incredible team. From the first interaction with ****** ********* - to the day of installation with *** ******** - my experience was exceptional. Mr. ******** and his team worked from 9am to 6pm without a break. Everyone on the team had a specific job - and it went like clockwork. They seem very proud of their team and are certainly conscientious about good performance and quality. Windoor Retro Proffessionals, from Ocala, installed five windoors in the back of my home in September 2023. It was refreshing to work with this company. No pressure. *** is a contractor first and salesperson second. He offered sound advise others could not. Good communication, very good pricing, quality work. My retired contractor friend watched the install and said the team know what they are doing, pay attention to detail & work as proffessionals.Both *** and install crew put their knowledge, skills, honesty, and work ethics way before their profit line. Windoor Retro Professional exceeded my expectations! The whole process was painless. From the initial visit with *** to the replacement of our 10 windows. ***, *** and crew were extremely knowledgeable and thorough in everything they did. Hiring companies can be extremely stressful but not with *** and ***!Windoor Retro is upfront and honest they care about PEOPLE more than their pockets!
