    This a review for a roofing company named Roofing Pros.This is Mrs. ******** *** want to make sure that they got commended for their excellent work * amazing amazing people who works for them! I started my application way back in October 2024. I normally dont talk to people soliciting or stopping by my house. But ****** is special. He has a way with people being pleasant * not being pushy at all. He made the process hassle free * easy as it can be. He is amazing thru * thru * always able to answer any questions I throw at him even if its not his job anymore because my application is already upgraded to somebody else as it moves up the application process. During the installation process 2 of my planters got broken *** am sure it wasnt intentional but I reached out to ****** once again even if its not his job anymore he still paid attention *** got a call from ****** yesterday that ****** is buying the planters for me. This is a testimony that they will do above * beyond for their customer. I am beyond blessed to have met ****** and I am grateful that the process started with him. Someone who has extensive knowledge * willing * patient with first time clients like me. I also want to commend the entire process. It took only a day for them to do the roof. Around 10 people came at 7am and worked till sundown to finish the job efficiently.After ****** I met ****** as the application move up the ladder. She handled everything with ***** * **** * patience. Then I met ******* one time after the ***************** made sure that everything is at it should be. Although the guys forgot to get rid of the dish that they removed from my roof but they got most of the debris * the sand bags. All in all it was an amazing experience! I could not have a better company to do my roof! Thank you Roofing pros for making the roofing experience an amazing one for my family. God bless everyone in your company * pls keep doing what you are doing!

    Roofing Pros just installed our roof and we couldnt be happier!! Everyone involved was extremely professional, diligent and hard working! They handled the entire process from coordinating with the insurance, litigation with an attorney and keeping us informed as it progressed. We now have a beautiful new roof and we strongly recommend Roofing Pros for all your roofing needs!!!

    This company is absolutely RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and trespasses on property without permission. We live in a NO SOLICITING neighborhood, yet they ignore that after multiple homeowners told them. After one homeowner asked them to leave, they were caught taking pictures in their yard 30 minutes later. Trespassing and harassment aren't OK for any business. ANY good business doesn't need to go to this length for business and none of us would hire such.
