    McCutcheon Air is the only company we ever use here in Ocala. They answer the phone promptly and if we need to leave a message after hours, they return the call first thing the next morning. We have never waited more than a few hours before the tech comes. Our “Go-To” tech is Mark. He is very knowledgeable about his job and always very quick to diagnose and fix the problem. We are just so happy with this company, from installing our new system and helping us maintain it. Thank you, McCutcheon!

    Very happy with this company and in particular, Brandon the service tech that was assigned to us. He was professional, knowledgeable, polite, explained what he was doing as he went along and did a great job. We had had a bad experience with the previous a/c company that was not truthful. They told us we really needed a whole new system for almost $6,000 as there was a bad freon leak in the pipes. This proved to be not the case. When Brandon left, the a/c worked great and the bill was very reasonable. Brandon restored out faith and trust in professionals! He is an asset to this company.
