I would like to file a complaint on SOS therapy Group management regarding the billing department. Therapy has been wonderful for my son however, the billing department has displayed negligence. The billing department for the last two months have not been billing me for $30 per session per week as agreed. Since March 2022 through July 2022, I have been billed correctly as agreed for $30 per week per session. However, for the month of August and current. My husband and I noticed on our bank statements that we were getting billed once or twice per months at a time $80 or $90 or $110 a time I contacted SOS Therapy Group on 10/10/2022 to verify why we were not getting billed previously $30 per week. I was unable to make contact with a representative via telephone but I left a voicemail. I received a telephone call from representative Stacey on 10/11/2022 at approx. 7:50 am. Stacey identified herself as a rep. that assist Jennifer the manager with billing. Stacey reports that my husband and I were not overcharged and that sometimes when Jennifer did not submit the billing if she is out if the office or out she would submit billing the following week. I made several attempts to explain that the transactions before always reflected $30 per week and my health insurance coverage claimed that our payments should reflect that service. Stacey then went on to say that I signed an financial agreement that reflects the current billing situation. I explained to her that I did not agree to be billed after the office manager decided to bill us on her terms. I did not agree on a billing cycle to reflect any grouping of billing for once a month or twice a month. I then requested to speak to the manager Jennifer. Stacey then reports that if the manager returns my call she will say the same thing to you and I'm unsure if and when she will call you back. Stacey them reports it could be two weeks or three weeks I'm unsure. I have never experienced unprofessionalism towards customer.
