Barely into this project and need to say how impressed I am with Sennes Design Building! **** met with my wife and me to initially discuss the project and freely offered suggestions that in reality, will save us money. I'll say it again - **** made suggestions that will reduce how much we spend while working with him. I have no need to ever look elsewhere for building or renovation projects. He's been readily available, always open to questions and prompt with his responses. Highly recommended!Review fromLinda V

We have worked with **** for over a year on the design for a renovation of our historic (****) home. As a result of his efforts we now have the construction permit and permission from the ******************* to begin the process to update and modernize our home in a way that stems from ***** original vision. Through our many interactions we have come to respect and admire the manner in which he does business. **** is ******************* and considerate of our time and ideas. He is easy (dare we say fun) to work with. As a client we were pleased with his communication style and responsiveness. He has earned our trust with regard to recommendations and decisions. In short you can count on him. His knowledge of design, using the latest technology, and construction methods and requirements is well beyond his years because for **** it's not just a job, it is a calling.
