    Something is missing at Lynx– courtesy, concern, and professionalism. I was directed to Lynx by a State Farm representative. When eventually connected, "Sierra" told me I had the wrong number– I had to call Sunroof Express. When I asked for that number, she laughed. How rude!

    I called in for an Auto glass claim via state farm. The representative that helped me was so good, that I was thinking,,,,,, Is the *** she almost seemed too perfect. thank you ****. you are amazing.

    Worst experience ever handling a claim through LYNX services the State Farm auto glass claims. Ive been dealing with them for over 3 weeks now and my windshield has not been replaced. Representatives are rude, unprofessional, not helpful, not well trained and have ZERO knowledge of customer needs. Us as insured and pay our monthly bill to State Farm should be dealing with someone with State Farm not a cheap shady third party claim company. I will switch insurance companies due to this horrible experience.

    Absolutely terrible, As an autobody shop glass installer their rates and glass discounts make replacing glass a loss to very little profit at best, after jumping through all of their required hoops ( approvals for rates, calibrations, attachments etc.) it takes 2 months or more to receive payment. We have been waiting since 4/3/23 for a payment of $504.54 on a $1504.54 windshield replacement on a 2019 Porsche Cayenne that the customer had a $1000 deductible on . I am currently on hold for my 2nd time of calling this company and it takes upwards of an hour to actually speak to someone. Lynx and Safelight are 3rd party companies that handle the billing and payments for the auto insurance companies and they make money by cutting and discounting the amount they will pay for labor and the glass. After purchasing the glass and paying our tech the shop profited $222 on a windshield that was $1181.05. Definitely no longer worth the risk of damaging a glass that cost that much or having to wait months to profit $200.

    I spoke with Janice H. 10-17-22 at 5pm. She was extremely rude with horrible customer services. She refuse to provide me information which she should’ve been able to provide. The hold time was excessive wouldn’t allow me to ask questions in between the hold time. Trying to catch Khmer in between her courtesy checks on the phone was impossible. She spoke faster than the speed of lightning and place me on hold within 2sec.
