  We made the mistake of negotiating a verbal agreement with *****. Trees are down all over my yard and the follow up is a no show. Much of what ***** said was untrue and it was simple information that would have no effect on the work. Just a reflection of a lack of honesty.He is unlicensed in the ****************. I have no idea if he is insured. Now we need to hire someone to remove the debris. Fortunately we have not paid him. No idea if he will return. I truly don't want any further interaction.

  This tree company approached our house asking if we needed tree work. We did My husband & tree service owner Jorge ******* discussed tentative work job for taking down the large tree on the side of the house & grinding the stump, minor cleaning limb to a tree front yard and cleaning branches of trees above to the fence line to the side back yard, $2500. This was higher than we wanted. Mr ******* & my husband talked about a smaller job. My husband & I THOUGHT Mr. ******* had agreed to the original job reducing the price to $2000. All was verbal. Part way through the job, we realized they were only doing part of the job, front & side tree. no backyard. Mr. ******* engaged much conversation that the side tree alone should have been at least a $3500 job. We realize it was our fault for not getting a written contract for the job. Halfway through the job we were informed that the tree service would like payment in cash. We were not expecting to pay by cash - so be warned if you chose to use this company, it's a cash payment. They took the tree down with expert skill and care, very respectful of the property & surrounding the area. Final clean-up was done well. The side tree stump was NOT grinded. When Mr. ******* told my husband they were done, my husband said no - the stump has not been grinded. It was interesting to hear the job was done with the stump grinding machine positioned next to the tree stump. Mr. ******* got mad and said, 'you balled headed mother 'f***', you tried to cheat me out of $500 and now out of grinding the stump'. My husband asked him to just leave. While this company has great skill and talent with tree work, DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING VERBAL. Mr. ******* is disrespectful of his customers and has very poor business practices. I highly recommend all dealing be in writing to include all expected work with cost. Expect to pay in cash and protect yourself by withholding payment until the job is completed per the written agreement.
