    ****** was fantastic. I sent out a request via the BBB site in a panic - my 86-year-old father purchased a new computer and couldn't figure out how to reconnect his printer and scanner. I couldn't help him as I live in a different state. I put out my SOS call and ****** responded right away and said he would be happy to help my father for free! It is nice to know that there are good people in this world, and I really appreciated ******** willingness to help out on a simple task that was monumental to my father - especially at no charge. My father was very appreciative as well.Thanks ****** and CYBIEN!***
