      Im 76 years old and have had quite a few primary care doctors. Max health care in ******* ******* is by far the WORST I have ever had. The doctor and her nurse practitioner make diagnosis by guess work. Example: complaining about pains in shoulder and back. Youre old, its arthritus. After several adjustments to blood pressure medicine, I asked the nurse if there could be another cause. She replied what do you think you have? I said youre the doctor, you tell me she slammed her laptop shut and left the room. Exam over? Dont know, she never came back. A simple prescription refill (2 of which I have been taking for several years) turns into a major ordeal. DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR AND FIND A REAL DOCTOR!!

      If you care about your or your family's healthcare. Do not go to this facility for primary care. I got sick last Christmas and they would not see me because they said they do not see sick people in the office. Eventually, they referred me to Urgent Care which did nothing to help me. In other words, the practice abandoned me. Second, my wife is very ill with an additional sight problem. We got an appointment through our Neurologist to see an Optical neurologist at USF to find out the problem. We waited over three months to see the specialist and on the afternoon of the day before the appointment, we were informed that Max Health had denied our referral I called several times to find out the issue and when the referral would be completed. I got no answer. As luck would have it, I had an accident that required stitches and needed them to come out five or six days after the referral refusal. The Dr. taking my stitches out happened to be the same Dr. who had refused my wife's referral. I confronted her and asked why she felt it was okay to override two board-certified neurologists who felt it necessary for my wife to see the specialist. Her response was, I AM THE MEDICAL DIRECTOR HERE AND WILL DO WHATEVER I DESIRE AS LONG AS I FEEL IT IS RIGHT. We knew then and there it was time to change primaries. We changed our primaries on the 1st of February and were on our way. At the end of February, we received a letter from Max Health telling us they were terminating us due to frequent missed appointments. THIS WAS A BLATANT LIE. We had never missed one scheduled appointment with this facility. It is apparent that the ethics and morals of this company have been compromised to the point where the health and well-being of the patient are no longer the primary mission statement. I would never recommend this company to anyone seeking healthcare. I suspect they would be extremely disappointed.

      I SAW ********************** AGAIN YESTERDAY. HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS. EACH VISIT MAKES ME SO CONTENT AND HAPPY. THEY ARE ALL CARING AND DOWN TO EARTH. EASY TO TALK TO. ************************* WAS EXCELLENT. LOVED HER. SHE HAS BEEN REPLACED BY *********** WHO HAS BECOME MY ****** I HAVE CKD AND EACH PROVIDER HAS HELPED ME UNDERSTAND MY AUTO IMMUNE DISEASE. HELPED W/ MEDS. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER W/ MAX HEALTH, ******** *******.

      So far horribleI can't seem to get referrals correct got to call every month for refills when my other doctor used to refill it for 90 days still waiting on my colon guard 6 months now

      ALL FAKE GUMMIES,NOT 1 DROP OF CBD IN THE GUMMIES THE OIL AND CREAM NEVER OPENED. SO IF YOU WERE SCAMMED DO NOT STOP FIGHTING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
