    *** the Computer Guy, Computer Services in New Port Richey, *** **** *********** **** *** **** ******* ** ********** *** the Computer Guy in New Port Richey took my computer into the shop and when he returned it, my computer was missing the nano keyboard receiver and the mouse receiver and I have been trying to get it back from them since March 14, 2024. It is a UTechSmart Mercury Full Size LED Backlit Illuminated Wireless/Wired Mechanical Gaming Keyboard and is no longer available from the manufacture and without returning the nano receiver which was in the computer when the representative took it into the company, I cannot use the keyboard as wireless. I use the keyboard with the projector for power point program. I have sent four (4) requests and they responded once that they were working on it but never followed up or responded to my last two request. In the meantime. Since this keyboard is no longer for sale, it is a popular wireless gaming keyboard and it makes it even more important that the items they took off my computer and failed to return be found and returned. A comparable wired/wireless gaming keyboard cost will be $150 to $200 or more to replace.
