    Started service October 2023 Showed up and did great job first three weeks. Emailed company what a good job was done. Then no show for 2 weeks I called "Joe" who stated he looked at log book and pool maintenance was checked off completed, this was week before Thanksgiving. Ever time checked left a piece a paper with services provided. I have only (3) slips should be (6) slips Joe stated he would talk to attendant maybe I didn't look in right place for slips NO CALL BACK ...Monitored my pool diligently for two weeks NO SHOW Went to business on November 30 2023 to cancel service and was told twice what's wrong IS YOUR POOL GREEN? That is not issue I am paying for a weekly check and did not receive it. I requested a $110.00 refund for November 2023 and got the I cant credit your card its a different program and I have to talk to Joe. Just request $110.00 refund Frank L

    Buyer beware. What this outfit says they'll do for your service and what they actually do are two very different things. If you do business with these folk’s this is what will happen: They'll show up and NOT do 50 to 75% of what you're paying for. The Pool Attendant marks various boxes on the weekly slips. These don't match up to what you're paying for. After a while you'll manage to get hold of the Owner. He'll say: The Attendant doesn't mark down everything he does...Huh. My camera doesn't lie. A half hearted five minutes is not what you're paying for. My filthy Pool Filter doesn't lie. The Owner told me I needed a new Salt Cell and Cord. (This is what happens when it's not cleaned). I say OK, how much? "I'll have my Wife look into it"...Not a peep. He shows up with a Buddy and three minutes later installs the new Cell - Which is about as simple as it gets. No info, No quote, No paperwork, warranty info, etc. Later, he replaced the cord...No info here either. No communication and a month later I get a whopper ($1,230.) of a bill! Retail prices for Salt Cells are $250. - 400. Cords are $50. - 100. Plus what, 1/2 hour of Labor. Taxes and all in for less than $600.?? Several messages on my part trying to work with them and no return call. Their apparent response is to just charge my credit card anyway. Unbelievable! ***

    We did provide pool service for Mr. ********.  We did address some issues he had with our pool service technician not performing 100%.  His pool service technician has been with us 17 years and does a very good job, but he did not perform up to par and we talked with him about these issues over the summer and we thought Mr. ******** was happy with pool service.



    When items are broken on swimming pools, we do call and give our customers quotes and their options on repairs. We normally provide verbal communication but will provide written quotes when asked.  We did over charge Mr. ******** and when he brought the overcharge to our attention, we checked our files and adjusted the price. 



    We deeply apologize for his inconvenience.
