"I have never had a better experience in my 75 years on this earth called Protech. They said they were going to send a person to assess my work and that it would be a $75 charge when they couldnt give me the price over the phone, they waived the charge, of course, and sent the young man down in any case, not only was he the most professional person I think Ive ever had the plumber the first time that my new Kohler faucet that had to be installed three hours to put in it took this man proximately 45 minutes." ... "This business has flat rates: We were charged $75 for ProTec to simply dispatch a plumber to our address. At an additional "flat fee" of $280, the techs spent 20 minutes to evaluate and identify the source of leak as coming from drainage piping (leaking toilet)." ... Read full review
