  • Customer Complaint:
    An employee filed a pending complaint with BBB, alleging that they were offered a job position but were not paid for the month after duties were fulfilled. Specifically, the duties included mailing out packages in the employee's own name and address. In December 2019 BBB contacted the business to request their position, to date no reply has been received. Below is the employee's complaint details:

    "I would like to know if this is an actual business with actually employees, as they stated I would not be getting paid for a whole month. They send packages in the customers name and I need to make sure that this is not illegal. The company pays for all the shipping costs, but I want to make sure that this is not a scam as these days one can not be to sure. I would greatly appreciate communication back on this issue as soon as possible.

    I would like a communication back from the BBB letting me know if this business is real or if it is a scam, if it is legal or illegal. Thank you."
