    I am the owner of a condo unit that is located in the *** community. I am writing to inform any buyers or tenants that this Association is not trustworthy and does not look out for the best interest of owners. This Association has breached its Fiduciary duties several times and in engages in violating in its own By-Laws of governing Docs. This board practices in Select enforcement of its owners enforcing rules for one owner but not for the other. The Association also is not trust worthy and has several times gave information to owner that was either misleading or non- existence. This Association continues to act in bad faith and their loyalty is not in the best interest of the owner but the best interest of the *** board members for their own personal interest. This Association also restrict owners from contributing in their own defense and does not allow the owner time to speak nor present evidence. This Association also partakes in fraudulent activities accessing owner with fines but does not allow reasonable time for correction of alleged violation and contradicting information of time given, although owner satisfied and have corrected all alleged violations that are not violations according to the governing docs. This Association continues to act fraudulent with continue Lawyer fees and assessments and has breached and violated ******* status 83. Due to the constant harassment, impeding of privacy and the selective enforcement our tenant vacated my unit two months after signing lease for a year. I was continually assessed fines and Lawyer fees with out meditation or arbitrary nor any warnings just fines and two different dates to comply with correcting alleged violation, no transparency to the amount of fines nor what I actually was being fined for. The Lawyer fees accessing in the amount of ******* with out any court proceedings just continues monies being added onto my account. It is apparent the Association has alternative agenda.
