I originally signed up with a 24 session package, lost 30 pounds in 3 months. My friend, who also trained there was leaving and offered to "gift" me with her remaining sessions. I was told the only way to receive this was to pay for another 24 sessions. I still had a few sessions of my own left , but agreed. This cost me $2650. I was just informed I have to relocate out of state- so asked if I could get my money refunded for the 24 purchased. That still left me 9 sessions. I was refused. No partial refund but was offered the ability to transfer to someone else. (And they WOULD NOT be required to purchase like I was) She lives in Ft Myers where there is another location- they refuse that- it had to be Naples. Additionally, I was informed that my original contract "extends" to my new purchase even though it states nowhere that is true. The management told me I was hurting his ability to provide for his family- what about me and mine? They want sales- not interested in truly helping people unless it pads their pockets
