    In February 2023 we contracted with Greencoat Solutions (The Epoxy Guys) to resurface our lanai deck with their Decorative Quartz System. After we removed the patio furniture, plants and refrigerator, they began the work which was completed at the at the end of March. Within a couple of months, the surface began to blister. We contacted the Co. and they immediately sent someone out to inspect the claim. The initial reaction was that the installers had failed to allow enough time for the product to cure, and that the work would be redone at no charge. A short time later, we were contacted and told the problem was a product failure and that the supplier would pay for the re-do of the job. Because the rainy season was imminent, we agreed to wait until the Fall.
    The job was redone in November of 2023. In March of 2024 we noticed a small area of blistering and sent a text message to Joe at 12:46pm on March 7, advising him and asking him to take a look. We never got a response. Between then and now, the blistering has become more prevalent. I sent an email to "office" on October 23 and two days later sent one to "*********". I have gotten no response as of today Nov. 2. All I am asking at this time is for someone from the company to look at the situation and let us know what they can do. Our lanai is an expensive embarrassment.
