    My wife and I bought our home from **************** ********************** in November of 2023. He Informed me that he was the Realtor and Builder of the home located at **************************************. He stated that he is the owner of the listed company; Cherrelus Custom Home Builder LLC, ***************************************************. He is the person that I have been in contact with from November 2023 to March of 2024(when he stopped communicating with me). I have had several issues with the workmanship performed by Mr. *********************** team and the lack of professionalism and communication on the part of Mr. *********************** I have been informing him of the repairs that were needed and the completion of unfinished work for months as is needed by The CHAPTER 558 Process Floridas Construction Defect Statute. We have had 2 leaks in the roof area which caused damage to insulation and the drywall and several leaking pipes.On November 16, 2023, my wife and I signed an addendum to the purchasing contract for my home with Cherrelus Custom Home Builder LLC to have the left rear impact window in the living room swapped for a matching impact window before January 1, 2024. *************** ********************** was the signee listed on the mentioned Addendum. I have asked by phone, in person and by text message to have Mr. ********************** honor the contract which he signed; as of the date of this complaint he has not done so.There are sections of the kitchen and garage of the home that still need to be painted. Mr. ********************** sent a painter to the home on December 4, 2023, to do work, the painter arrived without paint and no work was done. Every attempt that I made to have this task rescheduled was unsuccessful due to lack of communication on the part of Mr. *********************** We also have a hot water issue where we do not get hot water for longer than 5 minutes. An Electrician contracted through Mr. ********************** informed us that we need a 50-gallon tank to solve this issue, not the 40-gallon that was installed.
