WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM ARTIFICIAL TURF FACTORY OUTLET ******* LOCATION ??If youre considering buying artificial turf from Artificial Turf Factory Outlet (*****************************************************)DONT DO IT! This company has completely ignored us for over five months, refused to honor their warranty, and continues to stall, deflect blame, and avoid responsibility.We purchased the upgraded K9 Turf, which was supposed to be high-quality, pet-friendly, and resistant to fading or discolorationall lies! Within a short time, our turf faded and changed colors in multiple areas, including a spot that receives NO sunlight at all. Instead of standing by their product, they blamed our vinyl fence for causing the damagewhich is absolutely ridiculous. We even consulted our fence company, and they confirmed this is NOT possible.Heres what you can expect if you buy from them:? Months of excuses & zero solutions ? A warranty they refuse to honor ? Endless delaysjust so youll give up ? Blame-shifting instead of fixing the problem ? ******** customer service with no accountability ? Corporate office has ignored us and hasnt even tried to make it right We even followed their own recommendations, using Simple Green Odor Eliminator as advised by their sales team, and the turf still discolored and failed. Their own representative came out before our warranty expired and admitted he had no idea why it was happeningyet now they act like its our fault.We are taking legal action because we are tired of being ignored. If you dont want to waste thousands of dollars on a terrible product and even worse customer service, stay far away from this company. We will also be taking our story to social media and even paying for an ad in the ******* Sentinel to warn others.?? BUYER BEWARE AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS! ??

  We had grass in our lanai, and it was always a pain to maintain. My husband decided it was time for something much easier to maintain, the artificial turf was the way to go and it turned out beautiful. From our sales **** ********* to our installers, ****** and crew, it was a professional and wonderful group to work with!
