" Horrible customer service deflection constantly they called me at the end of February said they would pick up my disability Scooter once they received the replacement part keeping in mind my scooter was running fine, but one of the fuses needed to be replaced however they went and picked it up 2nd week of March after 5 calls with 5 different customer service agents I was Deflected and the 5th time I called. I was told that the part hasn’t come in yet so they’re telling me one thing in February that they won’t pick my scooter up until they receive the part then they’re telling me finally after 5 Customer Service calls that they’re waiting for the part to be delivered." ...
