    I have been a part of my community in Pensacola, FL since March 2023 due to my husband's work. Several complaints have been made to Virtuous Management Group (VMG) prior to us moving into the community regarding safety concerns with speeding in the neighborhood by vendors/construction workers and some newer residents. As you can see in my emails attached I have brought up my concerns and forwarded the video from my ring door bell but I was completely gaslighted by this community manager Amanda Bunch. Please beware that this company is all for profit and could care less about the families in the community. They would rather have a serious injury or a "CHILD DIE" before they actually do anything. Shame on you Dan Buckner the CEO of this company for having people represent YOUR company this way. You should be embarrassed! Complaints have been made for a long time and way before my family ever moved in and you could literally care less. Hopefully, you do not have children and if you do I hope no one runs them over. But that would be YOUR karma for YOUR company's negligence. When YOUR company has been in charge of the community Deer Run in Pensacola, FL for a long time and NO ONE cared enough to fix this situation. But give vague and BS responses to residents' concerns.

    VMG has been responsive to owners regarding any complaints or concerns in the community. We do care very much for owners, share concerns with the BOD and act accordingly. Unfortunately, we are not able to monitor or enforce the speed limit or always provide the response the owner is hoping for.
    We have encouraged the owner to contact law enforcement with any video or information regarding reckless behavior. Management has contacted the Sheriffs dept and requested assistance with extra patrol and the community being added to the Sherrif departments speed trailer rotation.
    VMG understands the frustration and has and will continue to assist all owners to the best of our ability.

    Where to begin. This management group is a complete circus full of monkeys. They send out emails for potential violations that are not included in the covenants and then claim they don't have the ability to interpret.
    According to our attorney, they are clowns. This is only one issue of several that they are unable to "interpret". What a management group.
    Michelle Erickson is one sided, rude, interruptive and very unprofessional. We will also be filing a complaint with The Office of the Condominium Ombudsman in Florida.
    Secondly, they leave all of the gates open all day. Some gated community. Michelle Erickson is a complete joke.

    We appreciate your feedback. We would like to clear up any confusion. Management works at he direction of your Board. Currently, your community still has ongoing construction and the Board is not allowing the gate to remain closed during business hours. This decision was made in the best interest of your community to avoid wear and tear on the operating system as well as prevent possible damage to the gates from construction vehicles.
    Our managers do their best to assist every owner with questions or concerns in a professional manner. Unfortunately, we all encounter situations where our response is not the solution the owner was seeking.
    Please reach out to your association manager and she can provide you with your Board contact so that you may speak directly them them.
