  This company sucks. Had a very small kitchen fire and all work could have been done within a week, but they dragged it out until I fired them after 2 1/2 months of non-communication and passing the buck phone calls. I needed a couple of cabinet doors replaced and found the cabinet company stopped working with Regency due to bad business practices and non-payment for other jobs. This company should not be allowed to be in business and deserves 5 Negative stars.

  Have been waiting since April to get my cabinets replaced! The original Rep I was working with was separated from employment with them....he was very condescending & Rude! The communication is little to none, my cabinets arrived Tuesday 8/20/24 and I still have not gotten a potential install date & my calls are not being returned! Just spoke to Mia at their WBP office who of course could not give me any info either! So frustrated...my husband shot himself in front of me in my kitchen 2/16/24. Cabinets & walls were affected by the biowaste. One would see an urgency in assisting me to get this done ASAP. Instead I have been dealing with excuses n non compliance.

  If I could give a negative one I would. I had an incident where my washing machine flooded and was referred to them by my insurance provider for my project. It is no May and it’s still not done . No one talks to me or updates me . They do not care about their customers and have not worked with me to make up for their incompetence . I am a first time homeowner and they have made this experience so draining and terrible. The slowest response team I’ve ever dealt with .

  Do not use this company or let your insurance company assign this company to your home! This company came to my home for water mitagation and mold remediation for my kitchen only. They ended up removing my ENTIRE shower in my bathroom WITHOUT pictures or approval showing it was mold in there. The mold pretest test company told us there was only a little mold in the kitchen. Now they won't pay for the repairs in my bathroom.

  Do not use this company We had a leak in our kitchen and had to have all the hardwoods removed and the kitchen cabinets. the first subfloor they put down looked like a 2 year old did it. Had I not checked on the house, we would have fallen through the floors by now. The second sub floor they tried to hide a main wire with duct tape in the floor behind where the kitchen sink would go. Have pictures of this extreme fire hazard. Oh and I also caught one of their subs staying in my house. they suggested flooring that was way thinner than what we had so all the door frames had gaps I could almost crawl under. They shot 2 nails through to separate pipes for 2 more leaks. There are so many other items I could tell you that went wrong but if you need more at this point, good luck. The subpar job finally finished 11 months later. It took them 11 months which we lost all our rental income and a whole year of vacation time with our kids.
