    I am rejecting this response because: the seller never sent the items to the mail carrier they simply printed off a label. They claim that they have accepted a chargeback from my bank but I have yet to see the money refunded to me and its been over a month since Ive made the initial claim.

    This customer opens a charge back inquiry in which, as soon as the chargeback inquiry came in, we reached out to her, but she had already filed the chargeback. We tried to help her out with a resolution for her delayed items. Also offered her a free item our website does have her email and so does our Instagram. We did try to contact her various times And as you can see, she did not want to find a resolution so we accepted the chargeback from the bank for the delay on this item, but we have been in constant communication with this customer.

    I ordered a dress from this company on the shop app on April 13, 2023. I emailed the company to ask when the order would be shipped their reply was :Thank you so much for your order. Due to high volumes & extra safety precautions we take for our shipments, orders may take 5-7 business days (Monday- Friday ; excluding holidays) for processing. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships??If you placed your order for pickup please wait for a text/email that states your order is ready before you pass by??Feel free to call us if anything , and heres a secret code for your patience when you want to shop again online LuxeBaby for 15% off ????I received a text message asking if I would go by the store to pick up the merchandise. I replied and said "no" since I live in ****** and you are in **. Shortly after that, the shop app states Shipped, BUT no tracking number and no merchandise. I paid $40.00 for a dress named ******************** Maxi in Medium that they advertised, and the order number is #*****. As of yet, I have received nothing or had no response to the text message I sent.I would like a refund for the full amount OR the merchandise with a tracking number.

    Hi , We have received your complaint and noticed that you in fact placed your order for local pickup in store . Our team did reach out for you to pay shipping but shipping was never paid. Since it is your first time placing an order with us we went ahead and shipped it out on the house. The tracking info is attached, you should be receiving your outfit in a few days. Please keep in mind next time you order to please select Standard Shipping if you are not a local customer who is picking up.
