  I have been taking the Vital Hair Complex for two years and cannot say enough about this magical supplement! I struggled with hair growth from years of straightening and coloring my hair. However, after consistently taking these supplements (two every day), my hair has grown over 6 inches and is incredibly healthy. I am so happy with the results. 10/10 recommend!

  DANGER DANGER! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The company posts fraudulent reviews, including a false representation of a Consumer Reports review of the product.The company does not respond to request for a refund, despite that fact that they advertise "full refund within 60 days" on their web site.

  Ordered online and within one hour notified company to cancel order. Statements online indicate product may be returned within 60 days. There has been no response from company following several emails yet charges have been posted to charge card.

  I do not even want to give this company one star. They do NOT stand by the 60-day money back guarantee and have horrible customer service. I was double charged for 6 bottles when I ordered 3, tried to cancel the order within 1 hour and was told the order was already processed (bullcrap). Once received, I email customer service for a refund. It is not 17 days later, and I am still fighting for a refund. They want to know why I want to refund when I already explained, they want me to give to a friend as a gift, etc. They are doing everything they can to delay/divert my right to refund. This company should be ashamed of themselves as to how they operate. Total scam and joke!

  I sent multiple emails to their support email contact. I requested a refund on the product the greens powder. It is horrible. They NEVER answered my emails and they never refunded my money. Do not buy ANYTHING from this company.

  Ordered product and never received a tracking number and did not receive product. Emailed the company to see where it was. Received an email saying that they would respond in 24 hours. Waited over the weekend and emailed again. I received the same email. Now another 48 hours and still have not received any information. I will be working with my credit card to receive a refund.

  This company does not honor their money back guarantee. They offered me 20% and suggested I give the product to someone. They would not tell me how to return the product and finally said the have a zero return policy. They finally wired up to 50% and keep the product! I did not agree to this but they went ahead and refunded 50% to my Pay Pal account. They came up with a refund policy not previously provided. They advertise a money back guarantee. The product interacted with a medication I take.

  The Vital Nutritive check-out process is tricky on this ******* appears that they are giving you a discount and charging you $22.90 for the first bottle of Vital Liver Support and recommend that you add a second bottle for consistency sake at $22.90 which would total $45.80 for two bottles before taxes. However the screen flutters and then displays the total amount for two bottles at $72.80 with the company charging you $49.+ for the first bottle and $22.90 for the second bottle. Will provide a separate review for the product once we receive it and use it. Thank you.

  Terrible customer service!!!I placed an order and was told not to take it so I sent an email to cancel order no more than 15 minutes after I placed the order. Was sent an email saying would respond in 24 hours . Did not hear anything. I sent another email and got same response from them. Tried to find a phone number to call and cannot find one. Very disreputable company and customer service. I want a full refund of $99.90!!!

  This company advertises and 60-day money back guarantee, for any reason. The day that I received my order, I consulted with my physician, who advised against me taking the supplements (I ordered 3 bottles of the hair growth supplements for $99.95). Per their refund instructions, that same day, 8/13 at 5:09pm, I submitted a request for a refund to their email. I received an automated reply that I would receive a response within 24 hours. On 8/15 at 12:21pm, I submitted a second email requesting a reply. No response. This morning, 8/16,I jumped into their website chat at 10:58am, and at 11:00am I asked to speak with a human. It is now 11:34am, and I still have not received a reply via chat or email. There is no phone number for customer service. I googled "******************** phone number" and accidentally called "Vital Nutrients". The customer service representative told me that I'd called the wrong number and that they frequently receive phone calls regarding complaints related to Vital Nutritive customer service. I fear I may never get my money back. Shameful business practice, not honoring their own customer satisfaction policy.
