  Proceed with extreme caution. Spent 3 1/2 hours video conferencing with ***** and produced a detailed itemized sheet of everything being moved to able to make sure there were no games being played. I got burned before and got burned again. ***** had 22 years moving experience and spend 3+ hours video conferencing and missed load by 30 to 60 %. How is that possible. A driver walks in and within 15 minutes determines your load is light 30 to 60 percent. You tell me - is that incompetence or is something else happening behind the scenes. My wife and I spent 4 hours each packing boxes because movers were there for almost hours and had not packed a box. Should have been a 2 day pack and load but was notified < 24 hours it was going to be one day load. Watched a packer slide a wardrobe box upside down, down the stairs and then picked it up upside down. How do you think the clothes arrived? You cannot trust the estimate because this salesperson was well aware of my sensitivities of fake estimates, and it happened again. Either gross incompetence or something else. Estimate grade - F Packer grade - C-Delivery Grade - A GM Grade - A-Ill let you decide what's most important to you. to Me it's getting the estimate correct especially from someone who brags about 22 years of packing

  I would like to express my sincere apologies for the experience you encountered, which did not meet our expected standards. I understand your frustration regarding the estimate provided and the expectations surrounding the service.

  Estimating a full packing job can be particularly difficult, and it often results in an educated guess. The initial assessment made by the ******* was considerably higher than the actual space utilized, despite his physical inspection of the job site. We have ensured that charges were applied accurately based on the final assessment, and I made further adjustments after a comprehensive audit.

  I believe that had we communicated our process and expectations more clearly, your perspective might have been different. I also acknowledge there may have been some confusion regarding the pickup schedule; our protocol stipulates a 2-day window, and we do not separate packing and moving services.I am pleased that we were able to successfully complete the transport of both your household goods and your vehicle.Thank you for your understanding.

  This company is awful! Moving long distance is tough on anyone but the workers smelled of pot on the job and then stole 2 totes of food from me is completely unsettling! Plus the price was just outrageous!!! I would never recommend this company!

  We are sorry to hear your experience wasnt good. Food is not an item that allowed to be transported. You agreed to the list of items to not be packed. The food was discarded not stolen.

  Greatest group of movers, dispatch and sales. Always on top of your belongings and schedule. This is my 4th time with them and they have always been amazing and very careful with my Belongings. They work with you on schedules and stay flexible and always courteous. I will use them again and again. Highly Recommend.

  I’m going to update my review. The office staff at APlus was great to deal with. Things did get picked up and delivered as requested in good shape. Both the pick up crew and delivery crew were conscientious and easy to work with. One improvement I would recommend is make sure customers understand who will be handling your move. Explain to customers that the move will be handled through Big Boy Movers not APlus If we do another local move in Florida I would probably use them.

  I just noticed my response was removed after the update. I greatly appreciate you taking the time to update your review. I do have to say though for the record Big Boy Movers is not a moving company. Its llc the owns our warehouse in *******. We have since done a DBA on the ware house name to avoid any future confusion.
