Refund and Exchange Policy

1. Refund Policy:

a. Refund Eligibility:

  • No refunds will be issued for fingerprinting services.
  • In exceptional cases, credit for a future service may be provided at our discretion.

b. Credit for Future Service:

  • Customers may request credit for a future service in lieu of a refund. Credit can be applied to any future fingerprinting service.
  • Credit requests must be made within 7 days of the original service date.
  • Credit amounts will be equal to the original service cost and must be used within 6 months from the date of issue.

2. Exchange Policy:

a. Exchange Eligibility:

  • Exchanges are not applicable for fingerprinting services.
  • Defective materials may be exchanged for replacements within 3 days of receipt.

b. Defective Materials:

  • Defective fingerprinting materials, such as fingerprint cards, may be exchanged for replacements.
  • Customers must notify us of defective materials within 3 days of receipt.
  • Exchanges will only be processed upon inspection and confirmation of defects by our team.

3. Appointment Policy:

a. Appointment Confirmation with Payment:

  • All appointments must be confirmed with payment to secure the booking.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to confirm the appointment.
  • Failure to confirm the appointment with payment may result in the cancellation of the booking.

b. On-Time Appointments:

  • Customers are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments.
  • Late arrivals may result in the forfeiture of the appointment slot and may require rescheduling, subject to availability.

c. Rescheduling:

  • Customers unable to attend their appointment must reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Failure to reschedule within the specified timeframe may result in a forfeited appointment and may require a new booking.

4. Courtesy Re-Fingerprint Service:

a. Re-Fingerprinting for Quality Issues:

  • As a courtesy, we offer a re-fingerprinting service if the initial fingerprints are rejected solely due to the quality of prints, evidenced by a written letter from the state authority, not a third-party agency.
  • Customers must present the written rejection letter from the state authority within 30 days of the initial fingerprinting service.
  • Re-fingerprinting appointments will be scheduled based on availability.

5. Exceptions:

  • Our refund, exchange, and appointment policies are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Exceptions may be made at our discretion in extenuating circumstances.
