  I've been a costumer for a few years and first: after 3 years and yes, I understand I only have 1 truck, they still charge me 3.5 % interest to this date for every load factored. Second: it's gotten to a point where the minimum broker comment or anything they consider a hold off they will hold payment for the load until they received THEIR payment or their assurance of payment. Aren't factoring companies supposed to assume the RISK so we can get paid fast and stay liquid? Forget about that with Summar. Most brokers now a days offer quick pay, Am hooked for another year with these guys but after that I never want to hear about Summar much less factoring.

We lowered your rate over a year ago, please check this reduced percentage on your purchase statements. If you wish, we are available to review them together. In relation to the currently pending payment, the broker states the load is on hold for damages and, unfortunately, damaged freight is not covered by factoring. We are more than happy to help you clarify the situation with the broker, just let us know if we can be of assistance.

  ** **************** / Owner operators stay away from this company ************** advertises low costs and fees to get start when they ******* and dime for everything.I run several related business and I trusted ********************* with my company that I just started. Everything was fine in the beginning and I was very thorough with the questions that I asked. I was a little skeptical with the rate that I was offer since it was a lot higher than what I was used to for freight factoring. They offer some items that other factoring companies that pitched to me didnt, so I made the mistake of going with them.They have several people who call to onboard you but magically when you sign the agreement they stop answering calls and try to forward you back to the sales rep who sold the contract. They make you sign a 1 year long contract that auto renews if you dont put in writing that they will cancel. I signed up 9/16/2022 And I got my onboarding call 9/20/2022.During that call they told me $300 was coming out of my first load for administration and filing fees. I dont do surprise charges. I dont argue with peoples prices but I never will do business with a business that practices surprise charges They do anything they can to get you to sign the dotted line and when they admitted guilt on a recorded line they didnt do any justice to me. I kindly asked to be released from this agreement they gave me the run around all day. I mean why prevent me from getting treatment I deserve? ***** is the manager and she asked me what plans do you have elsewhere I screamed at the top of my lungs after being so frustrated with this company. This has been the worst experience Ive ever had. I usually write good reviews and never bad ones, but they dont deserve good clients like myself. I run a reputable business and as I said I just started this one and an important note, Ive never even processed a single invoice with them!! Go on ****** for the review. Con
