"As a realtor, I find the Tenant Evaluation Systems requirement for a Bank Reference Letter instead of a Bank Statement to be an unnecessary and frustrating hurdle. The process of obtaining a Bank Reference Letter from the bank can take up to seven days, and even when you visit the bank in person, they cannot provide the letter on the spotit must be ordered and mailed, causing further delays." ...
