    On February 20th, I received a text from the company. On March 5th, I went to the office to file taxes with the accountant ***** ******* supposedly she sent my taxes electronically. On that day. Because I was waiting for my return, I kept checking the *** website however there was not information about my account. I called the *** and the said they said that the tax return was not accepted because there was a form missing they also stated that the person who submitted my taxes (*****) should have been aware that the tax return was not accepted. Neither the accountant are the office reach out to me about that problem. I reached out to the office and I spoke to the accountant (*****) and her assistant. I told them what was going on and how to fix it. I had to spend time sending more information and at the end according to her my information was erase from the system and had to be done again. On Thursday the 3rd she said she was to enter my information in the system but she didnt the exchange of text messages show below. On Friday the 4th, she states that she could not do it on Thursday but she already told me she was going to do it on Friday. I called the office Saturday and nobody reach back to me. On Sunday I received a refund for a service that was paid to her a year ago and she didnt do. Today is Monday 7th, taxes due date is coming up. I have been calling and texting to confirm that she finally summited my taxes and to get a receipt like the *** suggested I should get once the taxes are sent. She is not answering. Accountants are very busy at the some of the year and I cannot want until the last minute to find someone else to file my taxes. I decided not to wait any longer and find somebody else to do it for me. What I would like from Global Enterprise is a compensation for the day of work I had to take of in order to drive to ***** to file my taxes with her. I make a minimum of 950 a day. Plus 250 which is what the new *** charges me to file my taxes.

    I went to the office on April 3rd, met with ***** (Owner) to perform my taxes electronically. The initial visit went well and she was fair with her price and displayed great customer service. After a month passes, I noticed my tax return wasn't deposited yet (Normally takes 21 days). I then contacted the office, every day, until finally getting a response 1 week later. At that time, the admin assistant advised ***** was on vacation and won't return until 05/27, but will leave a note. During this time, I was sending weekly emails to ensure I had a record of my concern. On the 28th, I contacted the office and nobody answered the phone. On the 30th, I decided to go to the office and speak to someone, I arrived at 10:30am and the office was closed. I then asked the person who referred me if they had some other ways of communicating with her. She advised her sister also worked in the office and reached out to her. The sister did end up responding and let her know she would look into it and get back to her, on the 30th. Since then, nothing for any of the parties. I ended up mailing my taxes to avoid possible penalties or issues with the *** but this is to warn anybody interested in using their services, once they obtain your business, they will not be there to assist you. Luckily this isn't an audit or something more serious, but I can imagine if that was the case, I wouldn't have access to anyone.
