      Overall poor communication and poorly managed business. They are supposed to mow my front and back yard twice a month on Thursdays. They show up on random days and only mow my front yard leaving my backyard overgrown. This has continued for 4 months after numerous discussions with the owner, ******. They have received a full payment each month.

      we mow bi-wekly but recently we were unable to keep a regular schedule due to the recent hurricane. When we show up to mow, the. back yard is full of dog f**** We have kindly asked for it to be picked up so that we are not carrying any of it to other customers yards. not only that, but our workers get hit with dog f**** and that's NOT ok. We've asked for it to be picked up and it never is. If they were small dogs it wouldnt be a big deal, but the dogs are extra large and they leave quite a mess.. Our communication is said to be bad, only because the customer refuses to pick up after their pets and when we arrive, the front yard is done but when we go into the back, the homeowner didn't pick up after them. If you pay for a service and that company let's you know what needs to be done for our job to completed, it's best to keep your word about keeping the yard clear.
