      Derek who owns the company said he would take my case to appeal the insurance company for a new roof for me. The process started in November of 2020. I repeatedly asked him for updates via text so I had it in writing and I was constantly put off with him saying I'll check and I'll get back to you. He continually put me off through Nov 2021 never giving me a real update on my case and then stopped responding to me and didn't answer my phone calls either. I gave up by March 2022. Still to this day I do not know if he ever did anything on my case. I feel this is extremely unprofessional. Why would you take on a case and supposedly work on a claim but never update the client? And if you aren't working on the case, why not just admit that to the client? I do not recommend doing business with Trident.
